What is coaching?

Coaching is a series of supported conversations, offering a dedicated space to pause, reflect and navigate transition with clarity and support. Together we work at your pace, exploring what feels stuck, what is emerging, and what meaningful next steps might look like.

My approach is experiential, creative and reflective. It is grounded in embodiment — reconnecting mind, body and environment — and in an understanding that we are shaped by the relationships and contexts around us.

Together, we take time to listen more deeply. We explore:

  • patterns of thinking that may be keeping you stuck
  • your values, direction and sense of purpose
  • practical next steps that feel aligned and grounded

I make room for uncertainty — the time before clarity takes shape — and support you to recognise and trust your own insight rather than imposing solutions from outside.
