Online sessions take place via video call, making coaching accessible wherever you are based. Nature remains part of the process through reflective prompts and simple practices that invite you to connect with your surroundings — whether that is looking out of a window, noticing light and weather, or paying attention to a plant or green space nearby.
A session may include:
- Clarifying your current question or challenge
- Guided reflection and dialogue
- Noticing and drawing insight from the natural elements
