My Services

I work with individuals and small groups navigating change. My clients come from many walks of life; in group settings, I particularly specialise in charities, NGOs and community organisations.

Individual coaching

One-to-one coaching for people navigating change in life or work.

Individual coaching offers dedicated space to pause, reflect and navigate transition with clarity and support. Together we work at your pace, exploring what feels stuck, what is emerging, and what meaningful next steps might look like.

In-person (Devon)

In-person sessions take place outdoors — often walking or sitting in a natural setting — allowing nature to support reflection and perspective.

A session may include:

  • A check-in and clarification of your focus
  • A reflective walk or seated conversation outdoors
  • Embodied awareness practices to reconnect mind and body
  • Drawing insight from landscape, weather or seasonal change
  • Identifying practical next steps

Online

Online sessions take place via video call, making coaching accessible wherever you are based. Nature remains part of the process through reflective prompts and simple practices that invite you to connect with your surroundings — whether that is looking out of a window, noticing light and weather, or paying attention to a plant or green space nearby.

A session may include:

  • Clarifying your current question or challenge
  • Guided reflection and dialogue
  • Noticing and drawing insight from the natural elements
  • Simple embodied awareness practices
  • Exploring patterns and assumptions through nature-based metaphors
  • Optional outdoor reflection between sessions
  • Identifying clear, realistic next steps

Group coaching

Reflective spaces for collective insight and change.

I work with small groups, teams and networks who want space to think, reconnect and move forward together. Learning arises from the shared experiences, questions and dynamics within the group, and participants are supported to listen and learn from one another.

In-person group coaching

In-person group coaching in nature allows the landscape to become part of the conversation. Sessions may include guided visioning walks, paired walking dialogues, exploring patterns of connection and interdependence, reflecting on the group as a living ecosystem, and structured quiet time to support insight. Working outdoors often brings fresh perspective, deeper listening and a renewed sense of shared purpose.

Please note: in-person group sessions are not yet available at Fishers Meadows while basic infrastructure is being developed. Sessions can currently be held at a client’s offices or at an alternative indoor or outdoor venue. Fishers Meadows will be available soon — watch this space.

Online group coaching

Online group coaching offers a structured yet spacious environment for collective reflection, particularly suited to distributed teams, networks or peers in different locations. Although meeting virtually, the process remains relational and nature-informed.

Sessions may include facilitated dialogue, breakout conversations and shared reflection, drawing on patterns from the natural world to explore how roles, relationships and influences shape the whole group. Participants may also be invited to pause, notice their surroundings, or step outdoors briefly to bring fresh perspective into the conversation.

Together, we identify themes, clarify direction and agree practical next steps
